While in fact it doesn’t work that way unfortunately. Yet it is true that condoms reduce the chances by a great percent, however, there are usually some factors that affect the percentage. It depends on the user’s compliance to the instruction given for the proper use of the product. Some first timers never even bother to read what’s on the instruction, thus, in turn, they suffer the consequences of the condom breaking or slipping.
